I am qualified lawyer in Moldova since 2012 specialising in Competition, Procurement and Commercial Law. I hold an LL.M. in European [Competition] Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Masters in EU Public Procurement Law from King’s College London . In addition to my law practice I am a legal consultant for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on public procurement TC projects in Moldova.
